AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT

The RX 5700 might be the high-end flagship of the latest RDNA 1.0 set of graphics cards, but their prices keep them out of the reach of most mid-range PC gamers. On the other hand, the RX 5600 XT is closer to being reasonably affordable at a price tag of 0. AMD ’s xx00 cards have always been defined by mid-range prices with performance that knocks on the door of high-end graphics cards – especially when overclocked. After taking the time to fully test the RDNA 1.0 graphics card inside the RX 5600 XT, we can say without a doubt that it continues the trend.

Spec for spec, this RX 5600 XT leapfrogs its direct predecessor, the RX 590, by boasting 31.1 % more fps. Compared to its NVIDIA 's closest rival, GTX 1660 Ti, the RX 5600 XT was 9.9 % faster.

Fortunately, gaming performance was quite impressive. The RX 5600 XT consistently delivers great frame rate increases over the RX 590 and it really justifies an upgrade. For 1080p Full HD, we were able to play Elden Ring, Marvel's Avengers, Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart, Dying Light 2, Total War: Warhammer III at 62 fps to 66 fps and kept frame rates hovering around 63 fps.

For 1440p Quad HD, we were able to play Just Cause 4, Godfall, Resident Evil 4, Far Cry 6, Final Fantasy XV at 61 fps to 62 fps and kept frame rates hovering around 62 fps. For 2160p 4K, we were able to play Overwatch 2, Valorant at 71 fps to 149 fps and kept frame rates hovering around 110 fps.

The good news is, with the release of the RTX 2060 SUPER, the RTX 2060 's price is getting more discount.

NVIDIA ’s xx60 cards have always been defined by entry-level prices with performance that knocks on the door of mid-range graphics cards – especially when overclocked. After taking the time to fully test the Turing graphics card inside the RTX 2060, we can say without a doubt that it continues the trend. The RTX 2060 is much more expensive than the GTX 1060 6GB as it costs a whopping 0. Compare this to the GTX 1060 6GB, which came originally at a price of 0. Meanwhile, the AMD closest equivalent card is the RX 5700 which costs 0.

For 1440p Quad HD, we were able to play Gears of War 5, Need For Speed: Heat, Final Fantasy XV, Resident Evil 4, Far Cry 6 at 60 fps to 61 fps and kept frame rates hovering around 61 fps.

For 2160p 4K, we were able to play Overwatch 2, Valorant at 70 fps to 148 fps and kept frame rates hovering around 109 fps.
